I have known Rozelle for a number of years already. When we first moved to Cape Town more than 11 years ago, she sold us 4 Shiraz Street in Oude Westhof. Both my late husband Trevor and I were already impressed at that time with Rozelle’s professionality especially as we were still living in Johannesburg at the time and communication was not as effortless as it is today.
